Updated: Mar 7, 2021
Chicken Kabab wrap is a very light and healthy meal. It is a delightful recipe; the chicken Kabab is wrapped up in dough and baked in the oven. The aroma of the chicken kabab and the bread is heavenly, especially when it just comes out of the oven and the taste is delicious together. I plated this dish as follows, I made hummus with tahini (check the recipe on this website) and spread it on the plate. I cut the wrapped chicken into ½-inch pieces and placed it over the hummus then I add my favorite vegetables to top, cucumber, tomatoes, olives, green pepper, then a dash of olive oil and sumac on top.
