Ingredients
½ cup tahina
1 ½ whole lemon juice
3 tablespoon olive oil
3 clove garlic crushed
½ long hot pepper or ¼ Jalapeno pepper crushed
½ teaspoon ginger crushed
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
½ tablespoon vinegar
¼ cup water
Instruction
In a medium-size bowl mix the garlic, ginger, and hot pepper or Jalapeno pepper mix well then add the tahina, lemon juice, olive oil, black pepper, cumin, vinegar and water mix well.
