Hummus Minced Meat Salad

This recipe has 3 parts the Hummus, Meat mixture, and Salad mixture. I have separated this recipe into 3 parts to make it easier to understand and follow. Also, each part has its own ingredient.
Ingredient:
Part 1 (Hummus mixture)
1 can chickpeas Garbanzos
1/3 cup of yogurt
1/3 cup tahini paste
2 clove garlic
1 Tablespoon ginger
½ tablespoon salt or preferred taste
¼ teaspoon cumin
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon of black pepper
Part 2 (Minced Meat Mixture)
½ Ib minced meat
1 small onion minced
1/2 cup celery minced
¼ cup basely finely chopped
¼ cup green onion finely chopped
¼ cup cilantros finely chopped
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Coriander
2 tablespoon salt or preferred taste
3 tablespoons olive oil
¼ cup water
Part 3 (Salad mixture)
¼ head of lettuces chopped `
1 cucumber cut into small pieces
2 small tomatoes cut into small pieces
1 small green peppers cut into small pieces
3 tablespoons vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoons salt
¼ cup of feta cheese
Instruction
Part 1
In a blender put chickpeas Garbanzos, yogurt, black pepper, tahini paste, garlic, salt, cumin, ginger, and olive oil, water, and let it blend for about 4 to 5 minutes. (add the water slowly, as you like your mixture to be a thin or thick mixture).

Part 2
In a pan add the olive oil, Minced meat and let it cook until it is well done. Then add the onion, celery, green onion, basely, cilantro, cumin, black pepper, Coriander, and salt.

Part 3
In a bowl add the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers, vinegar, olive oil, and salt.


Part 1
Take the paste of the Hummus from part 1 and spread it on deep dish.

Part 2
then on top of the Hummus put the chicken mixture from part 2.

Part 3
then put the salad from part 3 on top of Hummus and the minced meat.

Garnish with feta cheese.
